Position: Business development Executive - Inside Sales - USA IT Exp: 3- 5 Years Location: Hyderabad Shift: Night (6:30 PM- 3:30 AM / ( Day Light Off) - 7:30 PM- 4:30 AM)Industry: IT-Software / Software ServicesEmployment Type: Permanent Job, Full TimeResponsibilities:We are looking for Business Development Executives who will be a part of an aggressive team for developing business in the IT Industry with min 3 to 5 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation.1.) Looking for someone with good client database and relationship with India SPOCs. and who can use their existing contacts to get immediate business requirements2.) Prospect identification through cold calling/email marketing, Business Development, and Lead Generation via Phone, Email.3.) Establish a network of relationships with key decision makers in small/medium & large sized companies and the ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business/ clients consistently.4.) Must develop a long-term sales pipeline to increase the companys market share in specialized areas. Follow-up calls, email to prospects. Ability to identify decision makers5.)Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills with professional business telephone / written skills.6.) Must meet or exceed targets in prospecting and generating qualified leads. Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision quotas.7.) Strong analytical skills with a flair for business, Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines and targets, and understanding of technical solutions and using CRM Tools8.)
