Job Description

    About BD Role:The Business Development Executive will support the team with B2B partner acquisition, partner lead generation and prospect management along with garnering and meeting with potential partners.HUDLE partners are all kinds of sports facilities whether privately owned or managed or located inside educational institutes or inside members only clubs. This role is based in Hyderabad.The BDE is expected to onboard sports facilities on Hudle within their assigned region. The candidate must be industrious, first principal thinker, integral in approach, and highly coachable. Leadership qualities and willingness to learn are highly desirable.Duties & Responsibilities:Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential partnersResearch potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.Building business relationships with current and potential partnersGiving Hudle App Demos, creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferencesMaintaining a database of prospective partner information.Regularly updating Sales CRM (Freshsales)Onboarding Sports facilities on HudleBeing responsible for 100-150 Partner venues in a regionGrowing the number of transactions on Hudle for these partner venues through innovative ideas and executionMaintaining Correctness of Information: Venue listing details like address, slot price and availability to avoid cancellations and bad player experienceBuilding business relationships with current and potential partnersDaily interaction with partners to understand their needs and offering solutions and supportCollaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow the number of partnersUnderstand the technology & products; give demos to partnersCreating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferencesMaintaining a database of existing partners with their latest updatesIdentifying, qualifying, and securing business/partnership opportunitiesClosing deals and working with partners through closing proRequirements & Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in English, local language and Hindi) ,Open to do 50% Remote work and 50% travel in Hyderabad.Graduation in any specializationExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customersTenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential clientComfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointSelf-motivated and willing to learn.
