Think you havewhat it takes Get in touchThe Business Development function identifies new business opportunities for our products in new markets by assessing and understanding new market potential, thereby contributing to the growth of the business. Responsible for building business across countries by doing market analysis, plan sales targets and coordinating with the marketing team in terms of execution of strategies.Duties:
    • Develop market and suppliers for the product across Europe
    • Managing purchases and building businesses suppliers in various countries in South Asia and Europe.
    • Commercial negotiation and deal finalization with suppliers and customers to achieve the top-line targets for these countries commodities in respective countries.
    • Managing distributors sales locally in the assigned countries
    • Understanding respective legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for export/import, Sales,
    • Marketing, and Business Development in the assigned countries
    • Responsible for coverage and prescription generation from health care practitioners
    • Managing and developing key opinion leaders.
    • Responsible for planning sales targets and incentives
    • Coordinating with the marketing team in terms of the execution of strategies
    • Responsible for identifying training needs for the sales and medical channel team members
    Requirement:
    • Must be MBA
    • Experience in handling exports business /international trading business
    • Experience in Team handling is preferable.
