Job Description

    Required Work Experience: 1 to 3 yearsLocation: Bangalore, HyderabadRoles and Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market share in the region.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.- Set sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for the team.- Provide guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.- Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to maximize sales and profitability.- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with sales objectives.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the region.- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.- Represent the company at. industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services.- Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote and enroll students in our enthusiastic courses.- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.- Conduct data analysis to evaluate sales performance and make data-driven decisions.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.- Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing feedback, and coordinating sales efforts with other departments.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to travel within the region as needed.- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities,
