Job Description

    Qualification: Business Management Degree from a reputed college/Interior Designer.
    • Excellence in presentation, spoken and written skills
    • Candidate must have extensive experience business development and client management.
    • She should have knowledge of home furniture business
    • She must have curiosity, passion for excellence and be able to ask the right questions
    • Create weekly/monthly forecasts on target management and end of month reports on market performance.
    Key responsibilities:
    1. Achieve sales targets by developing new business with existing, and new potential clients.
    2. Develop and implement sales strategies.
    3. Undertake cold calling, and ensure number of calls meet call targets as set by the management
    4. Attend client meetings at store and onsite as required to understand their requirements. Once in a while this might mean that you have to travel outstation too.
    5. Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring number of meetings meet targets as set by the management.
    6. Should be able to make presentations to the client.
    7. Should have knowledge of home furniture, and industry as a whole, to ensure full knowledge is provided to client.
    8. Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue.
    9. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
    10. Uses various technologies like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and also personal and professional contacts to develop new leads wherever possible.
    11. Develop new business relationships
    12. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
    13. Should have good communication skills and be comfortable with face to face interaction.
