Our core services include **fabrication, piping (all types), equipment erection, electrical works**, and a wide range of industrial solutions (excluding civil works).---### **Role Overview**We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and securing projects in the industrial EPC space.---### **Key Responsibilities*** Identify and develop new business opportunities in **Oil & Gas and Pharma industries*** Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry connections* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors* Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals* Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for accurate estimations and execution planning* Participate in tendering processes, bid submissions, and follow-ups* Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively* Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential project pipelines* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets---### **Key Requirements*** 35 years of experience in **business development or sales in EPC / industrial projects*** Strong understanding of **fabrication, piping, erection, and electrical works*** Experience in handling **B2B clients in industrial sectors*** Good knowledge of **tendering and contract processes*** Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills* Ability to work independently and drive results* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)---### **Preferred Qualifications*** Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration / Related field* Prior experience in **Oil & Gas / Pharma project sales** is highly preferred* Existing industry network will be an added advantage---### **Key Skills*** Business Development & Lead Generation* Client Relationship Management* Tendering & Proposal Preparation* Negotiation & Closing Skills* Market Research & Strategy
