Identifying project leads and developing business opportunities into project orders & contracts. Developing new clients and maintaining relations with existing clients and accounts. Manage key proposals from initiation to completionPlans, organizes and schedules activities to meet objectives. Ensures that these are well-documented and communicated to the management.Continuously keeps track of new or upcoming large, proposal opportunities announced by the ministry.Reports new opportunities and updating the progress on the opportunities regularly to the COO to plan in advance.Once assigned to a proposal, meet with the concerned to develop a coordination plan that includes management of the schedule, technical contents, budget plan, and all other proposal requirements announced by the ministry; become fully familiar with opportunity requirements, gather additional information available through direct and indirect contacts, and be familiar with working on deadlines.
