Business Development Manager PragmaEdge Sr. BDE/BDM Job Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1- 5 Years Inside Sales Responsibilities: Sr BDE/ BDM will be part of Pragama Edge Inside sales team @ Hyderabad location and should work closely to support our US based team with the goal of generating qualified sales. This role requires excellent communication skill and emailing etiquette. Should have IT Sales knowledge, Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Requirement Analysis, Qualifying Requirements, Nurturing leads to Opportunities and Revenue Generation. Sounds knowledge on targeted fortune 500 companies across different industry verticals: BFSI, Healthcare, Logistics, Distribution, Commercial, Retail, Oil & Gas, IT, and CPG. Excellent communicator and driving best rapport building with IT Managers, Directors, VPs/SVPs/EVPs, and C- Level executives for Fortune 500 companies. Developing relationships and Qualify prospects by asking open- ended questions and gathering necessary information from client to determine client value. Good expertise over secondary research to find right stakeholders utilizing different prospecting tools. Identifying opportunities by determining the right contacts at target accounts. Developing great relationship with IBM directors while working on their targeted accounts and nurturing leads to opportunities for the leads from IBM conferences/events. Expert knowledge on CRM tool like Salesforce, Sugar CRM to manage daily activities, leads, opportunities and Sales Pipeline. Should able to meet daily goals, weekly vs monthly targets in respects to generating new meetings. IBM B2B/EDI- MFT and middleware technologies knowledge would be an added advantages. Big data, API- Integration, MuleSoft Integration, Blockchain and cloud Practices Would be more preferred. 2. Primary Skills: Strong Communication Skills both Verbal and Written. Experience in Prospecting/Calling in the US. and Basic qualifications
