(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA / PGDM Advertising / Mass Communication , Marketing) Experience: 4 - 5 Year in an ad agency while being primarily involved in marketing and sales activityThe Business Development Manager should be aggressive as well as creative in his marketing and sales approach in acquiring new clients , increasing business and boosting sales. The Business Development Managers role will require superb sales , new business and account management capabilities. Reporting directly to the Director , you are fully responsible for hitting all of your targets while building a formidable relationship with acquired clients. Effective relationship management with existing clients is as important as getting new business. Essential Skills: Aggressive and Energetic in business development Strong English communication and articulation - verbal and written Must be well - organized with a professional appearance and persona Ability to interact with MD , CEO , CXO , Business Development Head , Director levels Innovative forward thinker , Dynamic new business hunter with the ability to achieve sales targets Relationship development and management Career oriented Strategic networker with the ability to develop long term business relationships Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people Working long hours , especially under tight deadlines Travel to the clients office is essential Must be able to handle pressure well The Package: Salary: Rs. 25,000 Rs. 30,000 per month (Depending on Experience) Attractive Incentive apart from Fixed Salary !
