1. Responsible for the Corporate Sales in the region. 2. Responsible of selling the services to the corporate (Health Checks, Health Camps, Health Events, Health Talks and etc) 3. Handling the Team in the assigned Region. 4. Managing current accounts and parallel to that new account acquisition. 5. Preparing corporate presentations, giving live demo of the product and services being offered. 6. Attaining the new client base in the form of IT Companies and Non IT Companies. 7. Building relationship with HR and Sr.Management of the Corporate. 8. Regular follow up and service calls for retaining the existing client. 9. Meeting sales targets and building strategies for the next month. Knowledge and Skills: Behavioral 1. Team Management-Should be an efficient leader who can drive and motivate the team to achieve the set targets/sales nos. 2. Analytical & Problem Solving skills 3. Excellent convincing skills-Ability to handle conversions/up selling. 4. Initiative Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges 5. Attention to Detail Being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks Functional: 1. Experience in dealing with the corporate across industry in the assigned territory/region. 2. Experience in dealing with Dental Doctors in the assigned region to get the referral Tie ups. 3. Experience in strategizing the Marketing and Business development plans. 4. Strong market knowledge and ability to do the Competitor Analysis.Salary 3 Lac To 4 Lac P.A.
