Job Description

    Job descriptionRole: Business Development Manager (BDM-Accounts Manager) - US IT Staffing Services Division.** If you are not into US IT Staffing and having non-relevant experience, please dont apply. **Circle IT Solution is looking for an ambitious, target-driven and energetic Business Development Manager(BDM - Accounts Manager)for our US IT Staffing Services to help us expand our North American business footprint. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with new logos to build new business for the company.
    • Proven track record & experience in building & managing the Full Cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companies.
    • Required to lead, assist and guide bench sales and Recruitment team. Hiring & Mentoring teams for sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc, to Submitting the Bench Consultants in US.
    • Deep practical & relevant knowledge of industry best practices Increasing managements effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and developing disciplined managers.
    • Communicating values and objectives, proper delegation, assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, performance-based incentivizing, and overall developing a climate of offering information and opinions.
    • Build companys corporate image and reputation by collaborating with employees and external parties, enforcing ethical business practices.
    • Willing to work the Night Shifts.
    • Great understanding of Recruiting IT Professionals for the US, Companies. Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants and creating processes for USA Bench as well recruitment.
    • Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in USA and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions.
    • Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill. Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.
    • Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.
    • Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders, OPT, CPT and H1B consultants and proficient knowledge in US employment tax terms such as 1099,W2, and Corp to Corp(C2C) placing candidate on contract, contract to hire and full-time Positions.
    • Experience in using job boards like Dice, Monster, Techfetch , Linkedin , scguild, Google groups etc.
    • Possess a deep knowledge of the consulting or professional services, vendor RFP, proposal, sales pitch and SOW processes. Having knowledge on MIS, RPF, RFQ, RFI and SOW preferred.
    What we are Looking For:
    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
    • Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
    • Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
    • Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
    • Expert level technical recruitment skills.
    • Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.
