Job Description

Develop and execute marketing and promotion strategies/ activities via social media campaigns / email marketing / offline campaigns / events / seminars. Be innovative in ideas generation at low cost and aggressive in execution. Be innovative in SEO / Online CPC campaigns / Retargeting and remarketing campaigns, with much focus on organic traffic. Take ownership of online reputation and manage online brand awareness. Monitor / Research competition activities. Maintaining and optimizing (SEO) the current website, and new upcoming website to generate high quality traffic. Create and own the overall digital sales & marketing strategy and execution. Regularly analyse and present performance updates. Target to achieve expected revenue growth in the segment over the period. Be up to date with new technologies in digital media marketing. Sales and Business Development Generate and close leads with focus on high conversion rates. Liaise with Universities / Colleges / Corporates to promote & sale in- house training and workshops. Conduct Demos and Presentations at Universities, Colleges and MNCs. Target oriented sales. Train and mentor sub- ordinates. An initiative taker, self- starter, target oriented professional comfortable with startup environment and passion to grow. In- depth understanding of digital marketing, proven experience in delivering effective and innovation campaign. Clear understanding of web metrics, analytics. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of web development or designing is highly desired. ,
