Job Description

    The Business Operations Analyst II will create and drive key initiatives focused on the strategic tool set and process improvement for the CSS Access Management Group, supporting CCB. A successful candidate will have a unique mix of technical and business operations skills. This individual will work closely with the Business Intelligence & Automation (BIA) group in AMG to manage the delivery of strategic tools for AMG in partnership IT and cross-LOB partners. This individual will drive the co-suppliers to ensure solutions are delivered timely with accuracy and with appropriate transparency including executive level reporting. This individual will help drive and expand the strategic roadmap, analytics and controls across the access management process. Qualifications: Technical Skill:
    • Ability to liaise between lines of business and the development teams, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
    • Develop best practices, incorporate efficiency principles, identify and propose tactical and strategic opportunities to improve application and process safety and soundness
    • Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot and deliver strategic solutions to clients targeting customer satisfaction and service levels
    • Establish status reports to evaluate the progress and quality of assigned projects
    • Knowledge of the SDLC toolset and Agile methodologies with a delivery driven mindset
    • Advanced working experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, SharePoint & Powerpoint)
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experience with queries and reporting; Tableau, Qlikview, Python, Java skills would be a plus
    Knowledge Base/Education:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
    • Strong understanding of business function access needs/controls, strategy and technology across the firm
    General Skill:
    • High degree of self-motivation, decision-making, communication, and analytic skills.
    • Experience in matrix managing geographically dispersed groups in project related work. Demonstrated ability to be a change agent and deliver solutions for business partners.
    • Experience with process analysis, design and management, process improvement, user story creation and activities including financial, customer, and operational performance measurement
    • Demonstrate excellent analytical rigor and logical thinking with a continuous process improvement mindset. Ability to synthesize information across multiple platforms, systems, and organizations
    • Ability to creatively problem-solve and design integrated business process/technology solutions through analyzing and decoding complex, ambiguous operational and system environments.
    • Culture carrier with the ability to champion change and influence people to adopt new ways of performing work by demonstrating effectiveness in interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to succinctly communicate complex concepts and adjust delivery according to the audience across all levels of the organization
    • Demonstrate accountability and business process ownership to effectively manage overall life cycle of projects
    • Knowledge of Role Based Access Control and access administration best practices a plus
