Job Description

    • Plan, direct and oversee employee dining operations at the caf and events
    • Develop and implement global healthy dining standards
    • Direct management and supervision of dining teams in India and Philippines
    • Supervision of overall business risk, controls and governance.
    • Drive program innovation and related strategy
    • Define and implement Risk and Compliance activities related to the RCSA and the Global Policy and Procedure Manual
    • Oversight of global sanitation guidelines, implementation and performance tracking
    • Overall Management of supplier s performance against contractual expectations
    • Implement Voice of Customer program to incorporate customer feedbacks & execute service driven dining strategy
    • Coordinate with Real Estate on the planning and execution of dining related projects
    • Provide insight for Budget development and management
    • Interpret data to identify opportunities for efficiency, consolidation and cost savings
    • Analyze and report deviations from contractual and departmental targets
    • Undertake market reviews and benchmarking exercises to ensure activities continue to be competitive while taking into account the specific service and quality requirements
    • Liaise with LOB s to ensure they are engaged in A high degree of interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy are required. This position will provide the interface between the supplier and the internal customer.

    • Work with Sourcing on new agreements with suppliers
    • Optimize the relationship between vendors and JPMC. Develop a win-win relationship.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
    • Strong client focus
    • Ensure that all parts of the organization are functioning cohesively
    • Ability to manage a large Internal team as well as vendor team at varying levels of experience
    • Manage remote location operations
    • Strong business management and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills oral and written
    • Minimum 10 years recent and relevant foodservice experience in restaurants or business environment. Industry knowledge and financial institution background a plus.
