Job Description

Major Accountabilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business, individual system representatives and External Service Providers for the integrated iCS landscape as per requirements and business expectations
  • Identify potential solution options, provide input to project proposals related to new technologies/innovations, define selection criteria, and establish prototypes ensuring alignment with delivery of business value. Provide input into solution architecture and solution design. Acquire high-level technical and in-depth business knowledge to ensure efficient design, programming and implementation.
  • Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, testing, and validation. Conduct end to end testing across the landscape. Support validation and testing (OQ, PQ, etc.)
  • Support the iCS operational team in problem solving and resolution efforts when required by assisting with issue identification, resolution, documentation, and escalation
  • Ensure the domain training for new associates.
  • Coordinate activities, which are cross technology, cross capability.
  • KPI: Implementation and delivery of new and/or enhanced business value-adding technologies and/or IT solutions
  • Delivery of expected business value within budget, time and quality
  • Continuous stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
  • Business process documentation up-to-date.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree required, Advanced Degree/MBA preferred OR extensive professional experience in the field. Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • >6 years of Business / IT experience preferred in a Pharma company as Supply Chain business analyst or consultancy Comfortable with getting work done through internal and external suppliers
  • Experience of working closely and nego-tiating with vendors and making full use of their capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with remote stakeholders most of the time between peers, partners and customers
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation and business partnership capabilities.
  • Able to organize technical workshops and learning sessions to share knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in canonical data models.
  • Optional Project Management knowledge or experience IIBA or related business analysis certification
