Analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary technology service to business. The business capabilities cover the area of Portfolio Strategy & Management in Global Drug Devel-opment to introduce new portfolio management capabilities needed to optimize the R&D portfo-lio. The role encompasses the full project lifecycle from ideation to requirements elicitation, design, implementation and rollout of the solutions.Major Accountabilities:1. Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects 2. Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakehold-ers 3. Develop a comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions 4. Liaise with the service development team to suggest a high level functional solution 5. Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or ma-jor upgrades to existing services 6. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and servicesKPI:1. Project execution survey (quality, time, cost) 2. Project quality (meeting customer problem); 3. Process efficiency;Minimum requirementsBE or B Tech in Computer Science or Engineering Fluency in English (oral and written) The candidate has knowledge of following business domain areas: Portfolio Management & Data Insights for Healthcare Resource Capacity Management Cost and Budget Management Clinical Data Management Portfolio Management & Data Insights (Required) ML, Data .Visual Knowledge of agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum) Good understanding of the IT Solution Delivery processes Good communication, collaboration, facilitation and business partnership capabilities. Can lead a small project / application team.
