Business Process Expert - Digital HealthJob Description
Role Purpose: The Digital Health Business Process Expert will act as the go-to content expert for all aspects of Digital Health Solutions including study feasibility, design and execution, proof of concept (POC) design and execution and demonstrating business value. The role will also act as a reference point for supporting IT solutions and systems. Technology areas include Sensor Devices, Telehealthcare, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and App development. The person will program/project manage digital programs with the various Novartis business units and will coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and vendors. Major Accountabilities: Owner for delivery of Digital Health projects and related IT support systems to the satisfaction of our internal stakeholders (internal customers). - Act as internal consultant (go-to person) to develop project rationale with internal stakeholders and determine feasibility of projects - Design, develop and execute proof of concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) studies based on these findings. - Perform external landscape analysis for suitable technology and other vendors required to implement the POC/POVs and full studies. This includes Digital Health and IT systems. - Keep abreast with industry leading Digital Health technology and IT systems and act as an internal assessor/recommender for these. - Ensure the overall user and patient experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services - Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope KPI: Project Execution Indicators - (quality, time, cost) - Project Quality - (meeting customer expectations) - Communication Skills - (keeping internal customers in the loop) - Successful POCS/POVs delivered - Business process documentation up-to-date Minimum requirements
Masters (ideally PhD) in Biomedical, IT Systems, Sensor systems, Healthcare Technology, Electronic Engineering or other technology/health-related topic English 8+Years English 5+ years of experience in digital health solutions.
