Job Description

We are looking for Business Process Manager who should be competent enough, able to independently devise &apply best practices in Business Process System / Work Process Flows for the entire company in consultation with different departments. The goal of BPM is to support each business area in the design, implementation of workflow, reporting and automation related solutions for these process improvement projects.

  • Participate in due diligence to identify processes and document SOP and draw process maps.
  • Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improvise productivity.
  • Managing business process team members are responsible for the optimized delivery of their works.
  • Introducing innovation into the process that can impact results and enhance profitability
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and bottlenecks through waste analysis and present solution to overcome them
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports with observations and suggestions to the Management.
  • Work closely with all departmental head in defining deliverable,Resource planning and cost management
  • Responsible for the different process working groups; influence and drive results from the team by Guide, coach and train to perform required tasks

  • Comfortable providing guidance to other project managers and leads
  • Good writing skills to transform the discussion and understand the current working procedures into a documented business process map
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand complex issues, gather and analyse data into trends / results, structure problems and design solutions.
