      • Key Responsibilities : a: Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs b: Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies c: Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business d: Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders e: Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
      • Technical Experience : a: Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats b- SQL query knowledge, using TFS HPALM knowledge c: Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications d: Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications d: Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
