  • Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or ADPs
  • Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
  • Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity
  • Groom Advisors for next level of partnership at BALIC.
  • Preparing strategy & achieving targets on monthly, quarterly & annual basis
  • Driving various competitions and club memberships
  • Be financial planner to your customers assisting them in taking wise investment decisions for meeting their Lifes Goals.
Required skills
  • Exp: 4+ Year and Above ( Sales, Channel Sales, Marketing, Banking Sales) - Preferable industry: Insurance/ BFSI/ FMCG/ Pharma/ Telecom/ NBFC/ Mutual funds/ Dealer management
  • CTC: Upto 5 LPA
  • Age: max 45year
  • Graduate: Any graduate or Post graduation
