Business Systems Analyst, Business Intelligence

Job Description

As a member of the Business Systems Integration team at Google, your role is crucial in identifying and eliminating internal processes that hinder progress. You will be responsible for designing and implementing supply chain systems, with a focus on building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle. Your expertise in managing the full implementation lifecycle for Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions using data modeling tools, data integration, and visualization tools will be key in ensuring smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and formulate initiatives that drive measurable business value through data-driven insights.- Conduct solution delivery workflows, including data gathering, requirements specification, analysis, and presentations to partner audiences.- Architect, develop, and automate BI and analytics solutions, building dashboards and data assets for scalable insights.- Identify optimization opportunities and make business recommendations, supported by effective presentations of findings for partner and stakeholder leadership.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.- 8 years of experience designing and implementing supply chain systems.- 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle.- Experience managing the full implementation lifecycle for BI and analytics solutions.- Experience with SQL Pipelines, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization.- Experience with third-party ERP applications, advanced analytics solutions, and relational databases.- Knowledge of statistical packages and ability to articulate business questions using statistics.About the Company:At Corp Eng, Googles IT organization, we strive to build world-leading business solutions that scale a more helpful Google for everyone.
