Job Description

As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM s ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market.Your Role and Responsibilities
    • End-to-end delivery of solution including business process analysis, design, build, test and deploy phases.
    • Provide functional/technical expertise in the implementation of WMS covering process.
    • Areas of Warehouse Management, Warehouse Labour Management, Transportation Management etc.
    • Be the client representative, work with WMS implementation consultants and architects to represent client s IT.
    • As domain consultant for BAU enhancements, work closely with customers (business users, stakeholders) to extract requirement details, apply subject matter knowledge and domain experience to suggest better practices, convert requirement details to specifications.
    • Partner with technical analysts to convert functional specifications into technical designs; own, engage, and support E2E application change delivery; resolve bugs, defects, and issues.
    • Understand business project needs and change requests to conceptualize requirements into viable solutions.
    • Assist in effort, cost or value estimates for business cases or change requests; participate in business need discovery sessions, technology assessment, vendor presentations or other initiatives.
    • Prepare accurate documentation of requirements, specifications, test cases or key documentation.
    • Identify and recommend business process changes and best practices saving time, cost, and effort.
    • Function as a subject matter expert; develop and manage a team of 1-5 junior business analysts.

    • Minimum of 3-5 years professional industry experience.
    • Exp working in WMS applications like RedPrairie JDA WMS/Manhattan/HighJump etc.,for Consulting/Development and Configuration/Implementation
    • Should be experienced with MS SQL Server, MOCA, RPWriter Report Designer and any other Reporting Tool, DDA, Integrator, Groovy, Jasper Reports, MS Office.
    • Strong domain knowledge and analytical skills
