Corporate The Role : Business Analysts II are responsible for end- to- end project delivery. They actively work on the scoping of proposed improvements, and works with Content Managers, Product Managers, or other Project Managers to turn business requirements into actionable developer specifications. You will be involved in planning and execution that will include working in all areas of Salesforce from Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, App Partners, Lightning, Wave and more. Responsibilities : Help managing Zuora and its infrastructure Making configuration changes within Zuora and maintaining appropriate documentation Maintaining Z- Quotes integration with Salesforce Continuously identifying and correcting data issues Handling bulk data uploads for customer accounts, subscriptions, and usage data Should be able to provide technical expertise in integrating Zuora with other applications. Should be able to train other resources in Zuora Help deliver the solutions on time by coordinating with the Scrum team and the stakeholders. Help resolve issues related to maintenance and support. Ensure timeliness and quality of solutions What were looking for : Basic Qualifications : Bachelors / Master s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ commerce/ business management programs. 3 years of experience working as a business analyst for data scrum teams, project manager, systems analyst or similar in a technical environment. Experience working with Order to Cash applications such as Zuora, Apttus CPQ etc.3 Good communication skills Good research and problem solving skills An outgoing, result oriented, positive personality An understanding of SDLC, general programming and database concepts Good knowledge of SQL queries Exposure to Agile framework Good knowledge of office productivity tools Preferred Qualifications : Salesforce basic knowledge/ experience is preferable.
