Ensure capacity utilization by analyzing discrepancies between Office Vs Allocation Hrs Provide guidance and mentorship to Team Handle the Issues/ Clarifications identified by the team Skills Required:Ability to Guide the Team Leads and Evaluate the PEs & Team Leads Performance Ability to ensure Line Balancing across the tasks/ Jobs by planning/ deploying the PEs Skillset and hands on experience on Fiber Design Construction, Permit and TCP / Survey ORExpertize in processing aerial and satellite imagery sources, shapes files, LIDAR sources etc. Ability to create Process flows and Work flow charts Comfortable dealing with rapidly- changing work environment Knowledge of SQL language & MS Office is a value add Knowledge in Statistical Tools, exposure to ISO / ISMS will have an added advantage,
