Direct reports Team consisting of Manager , Facilities Assistant Manager , Facilities - Technical & Soft Services and as assigned Duties & responsibilities Plan , manage , monitor and control multiple business processes , budgets and policies to meet business objectives. Work closely with cross functional stakeholders across client facility to ensure financial and operational objectives are achieved. Achieve the Management Plan and all key performance indicators , reporting to client as per agreed timelines and formats. Establish , maintain and build the client/ project relationship and customer satisfaction across areas of responsibility. Ensure service delivery is done in line with client city/ site requirement and guidelines while managing contract relationships with external service providers (manage contracts , review performance against strategy and budget) to bring value add to the services Lead and implement programs/ projects with high complexity for client Watch over the CLRA and all other relevant compliance (building and operational) , monitor it , assess gaps , report , follow -up with vendors and the 3rd party auditors to ensure that CLRA critical compliances are fully compliant for the facilities under her/ his charge. Lead Client Audits & Walk around with confidence in line with clients brand image , values and client capabilities Ensure operational and financial targets are achieved as established by the Workplace Lead. Lead and manage a team of supervisors and/ or coordinators Performance objectives The Campus Director would oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations , office services , and/ or program management projects at client facilities in a manner consistent with clients financial and operational objectives , while assuring quality and efficient service.
