Job Description

We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers outcomes from their digital transformation.The role s main objective is to engage various stakeholders across the delivery organization, portfolio, and program teams globally to identify gaps, specific needs and develop curriculums as appropriate to enable readiness. This requires operating at various levels within the business to understand the objectives, translate those objectives into requirements and coordinate the development of the relevant curriculum and learning paths to setup the workforce for success. In addition, this role ensures that appropriate interlocks exist between the business and other functions within HPE such as the Learning & Content Development (L&CD) and Technical Learning Services (TLS) organizations.In a typical day as a Career Planning Coordinator, you would
    • Builds relationships with stakeholders/teams across the various geographies as a valued partner in the business to identify readiness priorities, competency gaps and takes ownership for the whole learning experience
    • Partners with various business groups to identify workforce development requirements and creates strategic plans to build curriculums using a competency-based framework aligned to HPE priorities
    • Drives and manages the development of learning paths and journeys working in conjunction with the L&CD/TLS organization and subject matter experts
    • Provides direction to the creation and delivery of learning solutions to support the Account Services priorities
    • Manage the rollout and communications to the Account Services delivery organization
    • Leverage current training platforms to enable an employee self-driven approach
    • Manages the training spend and priorities against the budget working closely with TLS
    • Establish governance for existing curriculums to ensure they are up to date
    If you are
    • University degree or equivalent experience in similar roles.
    • 4-6 years in a competency based curriculum development and readiness role
    • 3-5 years working experience with learning management platforms
    • 2-4 years demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience in the services industry
    • Advanced English level (mandatory)
    • Project Management certification(s) a plus
    Knowledge and Skills
    • Strong planning, communication, collaboration, facilitation, and cultural awareness skills
    • Ability to gauge variances in learning styles based on subject or target audience
    • Excellent understanding of learning content and training solutions
    • Ability to quickly understand and conceptualize strategic priorities
    • Must be self-driven and results oriented
