Are you keenly aware of the importance of protecting clients assets Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment Were looking for someone like that to: be part of our Client Asset Protection team in Hyderabad play a lead role in the execution of Custody Asset obligations for our Prime Brokerage business play a central role in performing the daily custody shortfalls assessment contribute towards the preparation of the monthly Client Money and Assets Return (CMAR) own and execute CASS relevant processes and controls consolidate daily CASS metrics for distribution to management take responsibility for appropriate escalation and coordinate resolutions with relevant parties work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business in a variety of global locations to sustainably enhance the Client Asset Protection control frameworkYour teamYou ll be working in the Client Asset Protection (CASS Utility) team in Hyderabad, which is part of Investment Bank Operations. We are a central oversight function that oversees the Firms compliance with the Financial Conduct Authoritys CASS rules. The role is crucial to successfully maintaining adequate protection for our clients assets., You have:- a university degree - previous investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to Prime Brokerage- a strong understanding of Investment Banking and the client asset protection regulations applicable to the industry- strong analytical skills and a willingness to keep up with industry, regulatory developments and learn new concepts and methods- the ability to collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders across different regions/functionsYou are:- an excellent communicator, both spoken and written- reliable when working independently, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues- able to plan, organize and monitor your own day-to-day work with minimal guidance- highly responsible, self-motivated, efficient and able to work under pressure- great at problem analysis and resolution: identify and examine problems in order to understand them, generate options and recommend solutions which are logical, reasonable and realistic- risk focused, and capable of analyzing risk data to identify themes and trends* Leadership
