Job Description

"2- 6 years Hyderabad CONTEXT Machint Solutions, a certified Gold Sponsor of Appian , is currently seeking to hire couple of dynamic Appian Technical Consultants . Work location is Hyderabad . Responsibilities:

  • Extensively involve at all phases of technical planning & requirements gathering
  • Evaluate user requests for business process automation using models to determine feasibility and technical requirements.
  • Provide assistance with the data migration, loading and conversion.
  • Involve in the meetings held during the team design, daily scrum, and any other development phases
  • Involve and assist in application deployment and roll-out to production
  • Help the team in identifying, mitigate and resolving any project related issues and risks
  • Assist the team with technical support and/or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service.
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to interact with the customers in gathering the requirements and implementation
  • Possess excellent and effective working relationships with team members.
  • Have the ability to adapt and work with team members, irrespective of the experience levels .
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, or any other degree with relevant experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with all aspects of the Appian technology platform.
  • Certification as an Appian Designer/Analyst is mandatory.
  • Any UX, UI design, or HCI experience is a Huge Plus
  • Should have excellent experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation
  • Good exposure and expertise in process excellence/modelling, workflow, or flow charting is highly preferred
  • Should have excellent client facing or consulting skills
  • Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
  • Future technology leaders- dynamic individuals energized by fast paced personal and professional growth.
  • Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers.
  • Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
  • Any experience in developing software using agile methodologies is a plus .
  • Proficiency in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents is highly desired .
  • Should be able to communicate effectively with both the technical and non-technical stakeholders.
