A lead role within Service & Process Centre of Excellence, a centralized team that provides expertise, processes, standards, systems/ tools, governance training & thought leadership in the area of service & process excellence across Novartis Business Services (NBS). This Service & Process Governance team within the SPEX CoE has responsibility for defining and managing governance framework for NBS process, service and business architecture.This role will report into the Head of Service & Process Governance and will work closely with the SPEX Leadership team, key Project teams and NBS Communications team to engage with the business throughout the transformation to develop a change narrative as well as tactical change communication artefacts for a range of strategic programs and projects that are impacting their business.The role brings expertise across process mining, analytics, consulting, deployments, project management, change management and continuous improvementYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Align all communications to SPEX strategic initiatives- Build and execute to a clear roles and responsibility framework for decision making related to communications sign of process- Develop and implement the change management and training approach in collaboration with the SPEX teams- Work in collaboration with SPEX leadership and NBS Communications team to build a clear understanding of impacted people and develop effective communications that support SPEX goals- Support project teams with build and delivery of communication plans specific that meet the needs of key audience segments- Drive engagement across key internal and external stakeholder groups and creates compelling content for impacted teams- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationship through communication through identifying what key groups need to know and do- Develop a change narrative as well as tactical change communication artefacts for a range of strategic programs and projects that are impacting their business.- Produce timely and targeted messages to stakeholder groups identified following change impact reviews or feedback- Adhere to NBS internal communication guidelines regarding channel usage, tone, brand guidelines etc.- Write, edit and deliver program communications to support the roll out of each project including presentations, face to face, newsletters and internet- Identify and manage change management risks and issues- Evaluate the efficiency of change communication delivered and take actions to improveMinimum requirements What you will bring to the role:MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION- Graduate or postgraduate degree- Additional Qualification in Communications or related fields- Preferred: A proven change agent with significant project and program management experience from a top consulting firm is preferredDESIRABLE: - 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years experience in Program and project communications in a dynamic and highly fluid environment- Transformational change communications experience - being the person who has lead communication for a number of change projects- Ability to lead, manage, team with and motivate stakeholders of widely varying backgrounds across a dispersed and matrixed organization- Strong internal and external communications knowledge, experience and skills- Creativity in developing relevant marketing content- Highly developed project and time management skills- Strong written, verbal communication & presentation skills- Delivering technology driven and non-technology driven communications channels including intranet, yammer, other social media, electronic newsletters, video, webinar, print, face to face etc.Why consider Novartis 799 million.
