Job Description

    Job SummaryThis role entails collection network expansion, revenue collection, networking with potential channel partners and franchisees, ensuring company compliance by franchisees, and carrying out other channel administration activities.KEYRESPONSIBILITIESStrategic and TacticalCarrying out revenue oriented activities by visiting NBD and RBD clients, and channel partnersGenerating business by liaising with potential clients and customers to maintain a healthy business relationshipIntroducing incentives to improve operations and channel partner performance (by channel management)Responsible for identifying non-serviceable areas or areas for appointing new franchisee and channel partnersReviewing channel partner sales based on varied parametersHandling operational activities for channel partnersEnsuring that the franchisee activities and work is as per company policy and providing necessary SOP training wherever neededProviding continuous training about policies, processes, development awareness to channel partnersMonitoring collection activities, digitized activities and channel operations on a daily basis and ensure consistent revenue collectionMonitoring online booking activities and online DRS, and updating records pertaining to the sameResponsible for carrying our franchisee and customer visitsResponsible for participating in fortnightly team member reviewHolding meeting and review sessions with franchiseesOperationalWorking with franchise and new customers for sales growthWorking on franchise incentives and achievability of goals on a regular basisTracking defaulters and following up to ensure efficiency and high levels of performanceResponsible for monitoring and collecting payments on the basis of target datesTracking and reviewing projects to ensure timely implementationResponsible for monitoring and reviewing performance of team (targets, bookings, collection of delivery load, operations team support, aligning vacant areas of deliveries)Tracking service performance of subordinates, responsible for real time up dation of recordsTraining team and franchise owners in adoption of digitization and online operationsEnsuring collection targets are met with complete efficiencyProviding support to franchises on MIS and related areas
