Job Description

    **Job Title:** International Chat Support Agent (Non-Voice) **Location:** Hyderabad, Telangana **Job Type:** Full-Time, Work from Office **Shift:** Night Shift / Rotational (24/7 support) **Experience:**2.9 years (Excellent communication skills are welcome)**Key Responsibilities:** - Provide real-time chat support to international customers. - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication. - Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. - Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.### **Required Skills:** - Excellent written English communication skills. - Strong typing speed and accuracy. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.### **Eligibility Criteria:** - Education: Any graduate. - Experience: 3 years in international chat support preferred. - Versant Test: Candidates must clear the Versant written or spoken assessment (typically Level 4 or above). - Willingness to work night shifts and rotational offs.### **Perks & Benefits:** - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - One-way cab drop facility. -2000 Meal coupon per month - Friendly and inclusive work environment.
