Job Description

    Job Title: Process Executive International Chat ProcessLocation: HyderabadExperience: Freshers and Experienced (Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred)Education: Any GraduateNotice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum of 15 days noticeJob SummaryWe are hiring customer-oriented individuals for our International Chat Process. This role involves assisting international customers via chat to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with excellent written communication skills and a passion for customer service.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
    • Respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly with clear and concise communication.
    • Provide product or service information and guide customers through troubleshooting or resolution processes.
    • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
    • Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
    Key Requirements
    • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and vocabulary.
    • Ability to handle multiple conversations effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience in a Chat Process or International Process is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Basic knowledge of computer systems, typing proficiency, and familiarity with CRM tools.
    • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
