Identify Projects Improvement opportunities by reviewing MIS & as per business prevailing conditions/demand.To sustain the business profitability, monitoring & optimizing the variable cost of production.Facilitate sessions to identify gaps against delivery teams goals and objectives.Prioritize improvement opportunities along with BU heads.Mentor and facilitate improvement projects to improve plant OPE (overall production effectiveness)Conduct LEAN sessions, VSM to eliminate non-value added items in the process.Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques. Perform root cause analysis for process issues and provide suggestions for improvement.Prevent Potential Problems (FMEA)-Failure Mode and Effects Analysis , Provide quick and reliable solutions. Improve process improvement skill sets within engagement.Ensure awareness & participation in various R & R programs for process improvements.lQuality improvement planning for projects.Manage the improvement project plan and daily tasks of improvement consultants and project quality compliance associates.Execution & Tracking of all onsite projects & its restructuring based on change in requirement.Projects completed are capacity increase, yield improvement, Energy saving, Effluent reduction, Solvent recovery improvement, Utility saving.Norm reduction of raw materials to realize profits by cost reduction of products by applying LEAN SIX SIGMA methodology (minimizing the losses & process variation).Plant OPE improvement by Process optimization, performing troubleshooting, capacity constraint analysis & de-bottlenecking, capacity expansion by using data analysis.Support delivery teams on their adhoc data requests.Onsite coordination & training of LEAN Six Sigma to Green belts for successful completion Projects & DNA building at site for new entrants.BenefitsTo work for a large Pharmaceutical Co.Client IntroductionA large Pharmaceutical Co. skillssix sigma lean operational excellence qualificationexperience: 10+ Years.,
