Job Description

Position Description :In Global Ops change Management, the key focus of the automation developer is to facilitate the Innovation and Capacity Creation (ICC) initiatives in Global Reference Data Organization aligned to the Firmwide Data Management. The automation developer takes responsibility and accountability for full time development of Firmwide tools and automation projects to the required timescale, quality and budget. The incumbent will have the following set of responsibilities:Technical Skills:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in overall automation and/or robotics development.
  • Must have hands on experience and extensive knowledge of Xceptor & Alteryx
  • Must have experience on Robotics Process Automation (RPA) for platforms such as UiPath, Wins Automation, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
  • Must have knowledge and experience of Data Analytics & Reconciliation Tools such as QlickView, Tableau, OwlDQ, etc.
  • Understanding of programming constructs (Visual Basic, VBA.net, Python, etc.)
  • Strong fundamentals in object oriented design and data structures
  • Ability to design, build, test, and implement automation solutions as per business requirements
  • Ability to build automated modules utilizing data from databases, files, websites.
  • Develop workflows and manage testing cycles
  • Plan and execute activities within agile development lifecycle
  • Strong Firm wide automation tools troubleshooting, analytical & problem solving skills

  • Should be proactive with self-motivation skill for independent project ownership & accountability
  • Client focused and able to deliver on complex tasks with hands on approach and attention to detail
  • Good Change Mgmt., Time Mgmt.& prioritization skills to deliver high results
  • Coordinate & Partner with Ops on Business Development Initiatives and change requests
  • End to end project management including requirement gathering, solution design, solution development, UAT coordination, stakeholder communication & production deployment
  • Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
  • Good team player, fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
  • Train/ Coach Members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management.
  • Map current state vs target state process; interview stakeholders to gather facts and document requirements or use cases
Qualification:Education qualification: B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college/ Institute. Certification on Automation & Analytic Tools will be preferred,
