Job Description

Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available at www.jpmorganchase.com.Party Reference Data is responsible for timely and accurate completion of reference static data setup and maintenance across various LOBs and locations in Request Management System (RMS) and Global Entity Management (GEMS) system.ResponsibilitiesInclude:

  • To maintain Entity data within GEMS by onboarding new Entities, updating amendments, static data updates, within specified timelines.
  • To ensure that all static / reference data is accurately maintained on the system by performing quality checks
  • Ensuring all SOP documents are up to date and changes if any incorporated in a timely manner
  • Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed & supporting documentation validated prior to action
  • Liaising and partnering with requestors / business partners in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Data analysis / research and remediation function as per requirements.
  • Maintain accurate volumes / productivity
  • Work on various recon reports
  • Ensure operational practices are in compliance with relevant risk standards, policies and regulations to maintain an effective control environment
  • Query various processing systems to ensure duplicate client accounts are not created and/or maintained
  • Participate in UAT testing, pass/fail reporting, raising and tracking of defects and resolution as and when needed
Qualifications& Competencies required for the role:
  • Bachelor sdegree2+ years relevant experience in financial services organization
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experiencewith MS Excel, MS SharePoint, Business Objects
  • Goodanalytical skills
  • Goodcommunication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
  • Abilitytoperform in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Must be a great team player with a high degree of flexibility, prepared to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Experienceand Knowledge of reference data is a plus
  • Flexible to work in any shifts
