Responsible in handling 24x7 support . Experience in CitrixXenDesktop/XenApp (Mandatory). Expert in Citrix XenDesktop/ XenAppinfrastructure, Citrix PVS and other Citrix critical components. Should able tohandle all the incidents of P1/MI issue. Expert in GPOs, Citrix policy & profile management.Proficient in Capacity Forecast & Performance Managementof Published resources. Excellent troubleshooting skills in an enterprise wideCitrix sites.Knowledge on Application Packaging tools (AppV, MSI, SCCM etc.),Hyper-V, VMWare and Cisco UCS. Should have basic knowledge in Citrix NetScaler(VPX, SDX, MPX). Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisismanager. Conduct periodic reviews with teams. Weekly and monthly status reportsto higher management.Participate in business meetings with variousstakeholders.Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfactionsurveys.
