Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Planning & Design:
      • Manage the planning and design phases of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
      • Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence assessments for new construction sites.
      • Oversee all project stages, from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs.
    • Site Assessment & Surveying:
      • Conduct on-site inspections of new and existing structures to assess potential upgrades and modifications.
      • Ensure the integration of site-specific conditions into the project design.
    • Design & Technical Development:
      • Review, enhance, and provide recommendations for CAD software drawings and technical schematics.
      • Ensure that all engineering designs are cost-effective, sustainable, and structurally sound.
    • Budgeting & Cost Estimation:
      • Perform cost estimations and develop project budgets to optimize resource allocation.
      • Monitor expenditures to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
    • Resource & Team Management:
      • Prepare detailed work schedules and allocate necessary resources for project completion.
      • Supervise and coordinate with junior engineers, construction managers, technicians, and contractors.
    • Project Execution & Compliance:
      • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
      • Conduct compliance inspections to verify adherence to industry codes, safety standards, and specifications.
    • Reporting & Documentation:
      • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, blueprints, and compliance records.
      • Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior managers and stakeholders.
