Job Description

Hi ,Role: Client Acquisition ExecutiveResponsibilities:

  • Conversion of leads to revenue
  • Collection of referrals from existing clients
  • Maintaining good client relationship
  • Documentation
  • Verification of policy documents
  • Research on new policies in Market
Tasks & Activities:Conversion of leads to revenue:
  • Receiving the customer calls
  • Collecting the customer information/requirements
  • Analysing the customer requirements
  • Suggesting best policy as per customer requirements
Collection of referrals from existing clients
  • Calling to the existing clients
  • Collection of feedback of the policy
  • Collection of referrals from the exist clients
  • Converting the referrals to revenue/sales
Maintaining good client relationship
  • Calling to the clients and taking the feedback
  • Sending greetings to his clients on festivals and on birthdays
  • Enquiring about the health conditions of the clients
  • Sharing the new policy information to the clients
Documentation
  • Collection of proper KYC documents from the clients
  • Entering the client details correctly in the records (Spellings, names, date of birth etc)
  • Updating the details in the CRM software
