Our clients include top worldwide law firms, corporate legal departments, government agencies and trustees.We strive for a cohesive, collaborative environment that focuses on group achievement.About the job:A Project Analyst (PA) at Epiq will serve to be the primary internal process monitor for the Client Services (CS) department. The PA will assist the Project Manager (PM) and Associate Project Managers (APM) in tracking, organizing, processing, and promotion of client supplied data and workflows. The PA s duties will include serving as the primary keeper of project reporting on client projects, a daily point of contact for client requests, and queue manager of client priorities.A Project Analyst should take point / be involved in the following areas and specific tasks:

  • Work as the single point of contact on daily requests from multiple parties on various matters and escalate to the Project Manager as necessary.
  • Interpret client needs and PM instructions to accurately and efficiently pass them on to other operational groups
  • Draft processing statements of work and Playbook(s) to be used by other departments in executing their portions of a project
  • Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for processing
  • Utilize downtime to assist CS department in routine client requests.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data
  • Monitor and report on the progress of client projects through the multiple departments at Epiq
  • Coordinate and execute project closeouts
Preferred qualifications/ requirements
  • Experience: Freshers/Experience (0-2 Years)
  • Job Location: Hyderabad
  • Qualification: Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
  • Date of Joining: Immediate Joiners
  • Flexibility to work both night shift timings and on weekends is required.
  • Must have basic knowledge on eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM)
  • Basic knowledge of Relativity including, but not limited to: Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, Searching, STRs, and Imaging/OCR Sets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strictly attention oriented and appreciation for deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Self-starter, resourceful with an ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments simultaneously.
