To manage and develop the client relationship at a senior level with a view to maximizing the client business opportunity to the full. To be responsible for specific Client Account Mapping and strategic client development plans and activities. To make and manage client appointments and the preparation of relevant budgets (working alongside Sales Business Unit). To be responsible at a senior level for the delivery of projects on time and within budget meeting and exceeding clients expectationsTo monitor progress against targets and Raasta Studios profit marginsTo keenly develop and manage supplier relationships and to actively see opportunities and engagements Raasta s best practices. To oversee and monitor project progress through their team. To monitor and maintain quality and adherence to processes, identifying and contributing to their improvement. To provide leadership, direction and support to the team whilst maintaining motivation and enthusiasm to successfully deliver the project. At a senior level to be fully responsible for all project budgets from conception through to reconciliationReporting to the Director M&E, you will also develop business plans in response to requests for proposals as well as proactively engage with potential clients to understand their needs. To drive for excellence in customer service and quality deliveryQualification & Skills:5-8 years of experience in advertising industry. Experience in planning, developing and delivering events & communication programmes in the private and/ or public sectors. Good destination knowledge of India and overseas. Strong understanding of the video content, films, branding etc. Proven experience in advanced budget monitoring and management. Proven track record of managing large scale projects in a service environment. Interest in current business issues. Excellent communication skills- written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Result driven personality with energy, commitment and a strong drive to succeed. Able to analyze research findings and develop concept plans & strategies for local Accounts, High Value Accounts and Global Accounts. Great customer mindset, proactive disposition with strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Ability to work across different cultures and time differences (where necessary). ,
