The potential of exports is limitless.Duties & Responsibilities The individual will:Welcome call to be made to all new clientsVerification of sale made by the Tele / Field Sales ExecutivesGive a Demo on Product - Exim maps to all the paid ClientsDocument all client contracts and service work on the excelsCalling the client and updating the database as and when requiredMaintain uptodate organized client files, including copies of all signed applications and forms, according to firms Compliance requirementsFollow up on outstanding transactionsMaintain appropriate turnaround time in resolving the queries if anyUpdate daily reports to manager.Emailing and Chat process to be followed with all Clients.Build required rapport with the Key Accounts in the assigned territory.
