Job Description

    Job Summary:We, a digital sexual wellness solution, are looking for a licensed psychologist to provide comprehensive support and guidance to individuals seeking to improve their sexual health and intimacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting virtual counseling sessions, creating educational materials, and developing programs to address a range of sexual health concerns.Responsibilities:
    • Conduct virtual counseling sessions to address a variety of sexual health issues, including but not limited to erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low libido, sexual trauma, and relationship difficulties.
    • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve sexual wellness and intimacy, including psycho-education, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
    • Create educational materials, such as articles, videos, and podcasts, to help users of the app understand and address sexual health concerns.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to provide comprehensive care to users of the app.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in sexual health and wellness, and incorporate this information into the development of new programs and services.
    • Maintain accurate and timely records of all counseling sessions and other interactions with app users.
    • Provide crisis intervention services and referrals as necessary.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the app.
    • Ability to work on startup environment and willingness to contribute for product development
    Requirements:
    • Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited institution
    • Current licensure as a psychologist in the state where the app is based
    • Experience providing counseling services related to sexual health and intimacy
    • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for sexual health and wellness
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a virtual setting
    • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems and tools as necessary
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Demonstrated commitment to cultural competency and inclusion
    • Experience working with diverse populations and addressing issues related to cultural identity, gender, and sexuality
    • Experience working in a telehealth or virtual counseling setting
    • Experience developing educational materials or psycho-educational programs
    • Experience with mindfulness-based practices and other non-traditional approaches to therapy
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • MBBS, MS, BAMS, BHMH, with a fellowship in Sexology & Psychosexual Medicine
    • PhD in Clinical Psychology
