273408BRCloud Service Delivery ExpertJob DescriptionSupports the Service Delivery manager in representing TIS towards the Functional IT organizations, ensuring the enforcement of policies and processes related to Public Cloud Services. Drives solution development in the Public Cloud and meets customer service levels while deploying new services in an agile way and short release cycles.Act as the primary connection between service delivery and Functional IT for a given capability Ensure IT services are aligned with business strategy, business objectives, business requirements, standards and regulations Understand the processes, plans, objectives, drivers, and issues related to the business capability, as well as the appropriate external policies and regulations Supports service delivery manager in addressing respective service matters for IT Functions across locations, business domains, and geographical boundaries Supports the service delivery manager to develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations and monitor satisfaction levels and service adoption Identify and qualify new demand with overall responsibility for steering proposals through the early phases of approval Provide IT consulting to the capability stakeholders, educate them on IT processes and methodologies and drive adoption of global solutions Enforce TIS engagement model to provide an uniform approach on handling requirements and delivery. Create and maintain the Public Cloud Release plan in line with the requirements from the BEF organizations, TIS SPE and TAD. Use it as input to the IT Strategy. Drive delivery of Release items (new capability) following the Public Cloud release management process along the service Agile guidelines Publish Release notes and organize Public Cloud town halls after each release. Organize reviews with Stakeholders on Release Delivery Include the overall experience from IT members into the design and deployment of new solutions and services Support Solution Performance Engineering in the early stages of customer requirements with activities such as Statement of Compliance & TCO analysis.Completeness and accuracy of business demand capture Release execution survey (quality, time, cost) Release delivery quality (meeting customer problem) Process efficiency IT services risk mgmt. recorded / managed Customer Satisfaction Service quality: timely and accurate reporting (i.e. Service performance and CSAT analyze); Adherence to the Novartis IT quality standards Customer feedback (expectations met/ exceeded) Application on boarding delivery success Actively contribute to the business with innovative solutions that show results in the form of cost optimization and / or growth of the business top line revenue.Minimum requirementso A Bachelor s Degree in Computer science or related degree o ITIL Framework & certification (minimum ITIL foundation) o Knowledge on hybrid public cloud design concepts Good written, presentation and verbal communication skills Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken), additional languages a plus More than 6 years of project / IT Service delivery experience in global Cloud environments; delivering infrastructure and platform services across geographic and business boundaries Architecture experience responsible for influencing the design of complex public cloud Infrastructure solutions in view of automated operations Capability to think in terms of business value in the architecture and design of public cloud solutions end- to- end. Effective relationship management experience Experienced in co- ordination, directing and managing service providers Experience in coding / Infrastructure as code Python / Powershell. Experience of working in DevOPS environments Experience in Cloud costs management and Optimization,
