Job Description

Strategic Planning

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, makes recommendations based on emerging trends, opportunities and threats
  • Own the supply plan for the designated region in order to meet the business plan and goals.
  • Responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue maximization, market share improvement
  • Manages and maintains Group and Transient inventories, updated knowledge on industry trends and periodic market researches.
  • Act as the organizations first level manager to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships with business partners for the benefit of the organization.
  • Develop unique ways to grow the business with your customer and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges.
Operational Efficiencies
  • Manage a supply team comprising of 5-8 AMs / IEs and ISEs across the designated geography.
  • He / She is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of operations, sign up new business partners and maintaining relations with the existing ones
  • Should be up to date with the market knowledge of intercity business partners and ensure that all opportunities to grow companys market share are tapped.
  • Engage business partners and increase participation on rcompany marketplace by effectively promoting all seller side products / platforms.
  • Ensure all issues pertaining to business partners are resolved ethically and amicably
  • Address and resolve all escalated customer issues and continuously work towards improving NPS for the region.
  • Co-ordinate and follow up with all cross functional teams
  • Strengthen relationship with existing / new business partners & other relevant stakeholders.
