Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for,CNC Operator

  • Inspect each and every work piece visually for errors and defects such as jaw dent, step at OD, ID, Serration to avoid rework percentage
  • Measure all the dimensions according to the drawing provided and fill hourly in process
  • Carry out production activities as per given TARGET ABOVE 90% ,Avoid machine IDLETIME
  • Follow Line & Shift In-charge instructions strictly.
  • Before starting CNC spend at least 20 minute for clean the machine and its surroundings, remove scrap from machine bed
  • Check the machine condition, coolant, lubricant oil level etc. Before starting machine.
  • Confirm the drawing, material and program before starting up machine.
  • To ensure that the Machine starts on scheduled time.
  • To ensure to achieve the Daily Production Targets.
