Job Description

CNC Trainer - Alpla Mold Shop | Career at ALPLA Group ALPLA India Private Ltd. CNC Trainer - Alpla Mold Shop What you will enjoy doing

  • Imparting training to Apprentices in the field of CNC technology
  • Basic training of apprentices (filing, sawing, drilling)
  • Training on conventional turning, grinding and milling machines,
  • CNC turning, CNC milling and surface grinding machines
  • CNC programming (Heidenhain control)
  • Create a training plan for apprentices
  • Tutoring for apprentices
  • Preparation of apprentices for intermediate and final examinations
  • Check monthly tests and project work
  • Preparation of training documents
  • Participation in internal and external events (workshops, team events, seminars, etc.)
  • Maintenance of machines
  • Preparation and provision of material, machines and tools
  • Recruiting of future apprentices
What makes you great
  • Diploma in Tool & Die making 4 years
  • Post Graduate Degree in Tool Engineering (PGTE) from NTTF
  • Minimum 5+ year s of experience in using CAM system
  • Team Management skills and leadership competence
  • Proficient to use Heidenhain CAM system
  • 3-5 year s of professional training experience of CNC machines
  • Knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Command of written and spoken English
