      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in COBOL, JCL DB2 development 2 Perform analysis, design and development of ETL process 3 Ability to create high level and low-level design documents 4 Real-time streaming as well as Batch load experience 5 Good communication and interpersonal skills 6 Should be able to work with minimum technical guidance
      • Technical Experience : 1 Primary Technical skills: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, 2 Secondary Technical Skills: IMS-DB, REXX, FILEAID, VSAM, Endevor/Changeman 3 Should be scalable to new ETL technologies 4 Health-care domain experience will be an added advantage 5 Exposure to Scrum delivery would be an added advantage
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Good organizational skill and strong analytical and problem-solving skills 2 Good time management skills 3 Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with customers
