Lead in the National Marketing Campaigns 2. Manage and coordinate with outlet operations closely on formulating sales support promotions and programs to cultivate up-selling and cross-selling of products and geographic-centric Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives 3. Provide sales / promotion / briefing of new sales promotions / campaigns or product launches to the Operations Team and ensure effective and timely activities roll-out and motivate participation from the outlets for promotions and campaign results 4. Actively follow-through, track, monitor and analyze all sales and promotion executions against sales objectives and evaluate ROI for marketing activities 5. Monitor and initiate creative / effective POSMs / in-store promotional materials and recommendation of effective display ideas 7. Dealing with media / blogger, social media / above the line and below the line 8. Heading and managing the Marketing Department Requirements: 1.
