Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and develop automated policies
  • Team leads will have to manage and work with a team of 8- 10 policy developers
  • Drive analysis on projects and important strategic decisions , improving the experience for our driver partners and riders
  • Write well designed , testable , and efficient code that powers our policies
  • Coordinate with other members of the Community Operations team across the Globe to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes
  • Build , maintain , and automate detailed processes for city , regional , and global operations

What do you Need

  • 3- 5 years of work experience in Software Engineering
  • Exceptional Java Script knowledge with strong SQL background
  • Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
  • Team Management/Leadership skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and transfer knowledge to the team
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Effective people and stakeholder management skills.

Tool Technologies

  • Excellent SQL , Javascript Programming/coding skills and JSON data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of code management via GIT
  • Knowledge of Databases (Vertica , PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of GraphQL /or Lucid Charts is additional bonus.
