Job DetailsJob DetailsJob DescriptionRole SummaryReporting to the Global Infrastructure Solution & Service Delivery Leader , the Collaboration Solution & Service Delivery Leader is a dynamic technology professional who will work closely with the IT leadership , internal teams , business / functions and our vendors to manage the collaboration portfolio for the Corteva Agriscience division. S / He will have responsibility for managing internal employees , IT service providers , and third party contractors responsible for day - to - day operations as well as project delivery for the collaboration portfolio.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesResponsibilitiesManage the day to day service delivery of the collaboration portfolio which also includes productivity tools like exchange.Engage , execute and deploy collaboration portfolio related transformation projectsEstablish Managed Services model for support of the collaboration portfolioProvide leadership , coaching and direction to a team of highly skilled global workforce. In addition , hire and train staff , both employees and contingent workers globallyIncorporate operational excellence standards into daily operations to continually improve performance & availabilityResponsible for integrated incident , change and problem managementResponsible for communications and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders impacted , or potentially impacted , by service disruption , additions , changes , and / or reductions in servicePartner with IT stakeholders , end - to - end service integration team and external vendors , as needed , to plan and drive implementation of changes impacting the portfolio including deployment of new tools , functionalities etcMaintain production environments including installation / deployment of operating system updates , security patches , configuration changes , and application updatesValidate and ensure all software components have sufficient license entitlements and maintenance contracts in place , as required for the applicationIdentify and implement service improvements and process improvementsEnsure the audit requirements and processes are followed strictly and represent the application , if selected for audit. Implement and monitor controls defined by the internal controls standards manual.Responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity planningResponsible for application lifecycle management in collaboration with the Enterprise architects for large upgrades , App decommissioning etc.Lead / Manage the transition from projects to production support team.AccountabilitiesApplication service level targets (e.g. , availability , performance) met or exceededTimely investigation and resolution of Application issues through coordination with User Support teamsOn schedule and on - budget delivery of various projects in the collaboration spaceKey Competencies requiredTechnical CompetenciesExtensive knowledge of collaboration portfolio encompassing various productivity tools , platforms & technologies like SharePoint , Lotus Notes on Azure platform , O365 suite of products including skype , exchange ;etc video conferencing and other legacy collaboration platformsAbility learn and upskill on new technologies , processes and applicationsExperience working with Vendors , product roadmaps and support lifecyclesUnderstanding of ITIL processesLeadership CompetenciesLead cross - functional global teamsManage externally - contracted vendor resourcesStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge and Understanding of Internal ControlsMinimum 10+ years of experienceStrong Knowledge for collaboration platforms both applications as well as infrastructurePreferred Bachelors degree in Information Technology , engineering or related field.,
